The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, deployment, management, and optimization of our hybrid infrastructure. You will play a critical role in maintaining the stability and security of our on-premises Windows server environments, as well as our expanding cloud footprint across AWS and Azure. This position is hybrid, combining remote work with several in-office days per week at our Montréal HQ in Saint-Laurent once training and team integration are complete. Key Responsibilities: • Server Administration: Manage, maintain, and patch Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) to ensure high availability and performance. • Cloud Operations: Manage and scale cloud resources within AWS (EC2, S3, VPC) and Azure (VMs, Azure AD/Entra ID, Resource Groups). • Networking: Oversee core networking components including firewalls, switches, VPNs, and DNS/DHCP configurations. • Identity & Productivity: Administer and secure Microsoft 365 environments, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams administration. • Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices, monitor system health, perform regular backups, and participate in disaster recovery planning. • Troubleshooting: Serve as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence. • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of network topology, server configurations, and operational procedures. Required Qualifications • Experience: Five (5) or more years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or a similar systems engineering role. • Windows Server: Expert knowledge of Windows Server administration, Active Directory, and Group Policy. • Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience managing production environments in both AWS and Azure. • Excellent understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and WAN/LAN troubleshooting. • Proficient in Microsoft 365 tenant management and administration. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex technical problems under pressure. • Experience with Zscaler and good knowledge of ZTNA • Experience with network hardware, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Preferred Skills • Experience with PowerShell or Bash scripting to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks. • Knowledge of PLC/OT environments • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar are a plus. Responsabilités principales • Administration des serveurs : gérer, maintenir et appliquer les correctifs aux environnements Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) afin d’assurer une haute disponibilité et des performances optimales • Opérations infonuagiques : gérer et mettre à l’échelle les ressources AWS (EC2, S3, VPC) et Azure (VM, Azure AD/Entra ID, groupes de ressources) • Réseautique : superviser les composantes réseau clés, notamment pare-feux, commutateurs, VPN et configurations DNS/DHCP • Identité et productivité : administrer et sécuriser les environnements Microsoft 365, y compris Exchange Online, SharePoint et Teams • Sécurité et conformité : appliquer les meilleures pratiques de sécurité, surveiller la santé des systèmes, effectuer des sauvegardes régulières et participer à la planification de la reprise après sinistre • Dépannage : agir comme point d’escalade pour les problèmes d’infrastructure complexes et réaliser des analyses de la cause racine pour éviter les récidives • Documentation : tenir à jour la documentation précise de la topologie réseau, des configurations serveur et des procédures opérationnelles Qualifications requises • Expérience : minimum de cinq (5) ans en administration d’infrastructures TI ou dans un rôle similaire d’ingénierie des systèmes • Windows Server : expertise en administration Windows Server, Active Directory et stratégies de groupe • Infonuagique : expérience pratique de la gestion d’environnements de production sur AWS et Azure • Excellente compréhension de TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN et dépannage WAN/LAN • Maîtrise de la gestion et de l’administration des locataires Microsoft 365 • Capacité à travailler de façon autonome, à gérer plusieurs priorités et à résoudre des problèmes techniques complexes sous pression • Expérience avec Zscaler et bonne connaissance du ZTNA • Expérience des équipements réseau, y compris routeurs, commutateurs et pare-feux Atouts appréciés • Expérience en script PowerShell ou Bash pour automatiser les tâches d’infrastructure répétitives • Connaissance des environnements PLC/OT • Certifications telles que Microsoft Certified : Azure Administrator, AWS Certified Solutions Architect ou équivalentes
