Stella's Circle is an award-winning, nationally celebrated charitable organization based in St. John’s, NL with a mission to transform lives through Real Homes, Real Help, and Real Work. Each year we serve over 1,500 adults facing barriers to fully participating in their community. These barriers include mental illness, addictions, trauma, poverty, homelessness, criminal justice involvement, low literacy and long periods of unemployment. Our wrap-around housing, counseling, and employment programs are rooted in social justice and inclusion. We offer individuals a hand up, not a hand out, to reach their fullest potential and gain economic and social independence. Our vision is a Home, a Job, a Community- for everyone.

The Catering Chef and Instructor manages daily catering operations while providing hands-on culinary training and mentorship to program participants. They also collaborate on menu development, inventory control, and ensure high standards of food safety and quality.

The Life Skills Counsellor supports residents at Emmanuel House by facilitating healthy living plans, recreational activities, and daily tasks. They also provide emotional support, crisis intervention, and assist with community integration and housing transitions.

The Night Counselor provides counseling and support services to residents, including crisis management and substance abuse support during nights and weekends. They are also responsible for maintaining building security, documenting resident needs, and coordinating with staff and external agencies.

The Controller manages all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and budgeting, while providing strategic leadership to the finance team. They ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and serve as a key advisor to senior leadership regarding fiscal sustainability.
