Job summary

The Sales Support Analyst reports to the Western Business Center Distribution Manager and plays a key role in supporting sales operations, vehicle allocation, reporting, and business analysis activities across the region. This position partners closely with Regional Managers, District Managers, dealership partners, and headquarters teams to provide actionable insights that support the achievement of regional sales objectives. Sales Support Analyst job responsibilities include but not limited to: * Daily monitoring of Business Centre sales, orders, allocation and scheduling of vehicles * Generation of all adhoc reports & presentations utilized by regional staff * Assisting District Managers (DM) as required * Handling dealer inquiries * Liaising with headquarters teams as required on issues relating to daily operations and shipping of vehicles The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $85,000 per year. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications with strength in Excel & Power Point * Experience in data analysis and report generation * Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal * Legally eligible to work in Canada Preferred Qualifications: * Bilingual (French/English) * Experience in the automotive industry * Ability and willingness to relocate for potential future opportunities

What you’ll do

The role involves monitoring sales, orders, and vehicle allocation while generating ad-hoc reports and presentations for regional staff. The analyst also handles dealer inquiries and liaises with headquarters to ensure smooth daily operations and shipping.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field and be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in data analysis and legal eligibility to work in Canada are required.
