Job Description Summary Support our HR team as a Human Resources Systems Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of new and complex functionality of our HR Systems. You will lead the systems portion of strategic and/or cross departmental projects including system releases/upgrades, enhancements, process redesign, new modules, being fully responsible for integrations and downstream impacts to other systems across the company. Additional responsibilities include complex system security, end user set up and training and advanced report writing. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Configure and test all functionality for assigned modules Work with cross-functional teams to lead requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of new and existing HR system functionality, while managing all downstream impacts and integrations; consult on enterprise system implementations, participate in vendor selection, and manage the RFP process Analyze business processes to identify and propose new business process or program changes to address business specific requirements and provide continuous improvement Educate stakeholders on enhancement opportunities and process improvements through new functionality delivered during system updates Maintain system documentation, in particular with respect to maintaining data quality and business process documentation Knowledge And Qualifications Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in Human Resources 5+ years of Workday administration, maintenance and implementation Completed post-secondary education in Human Resources or related from a recognized institution #NonBench STEMCELL Technologies is a privately owned, Vancouver-based biotechnology company that helps power leading-edge life science research around the world. The annual salary for this job ranges from: $83,700.00 - $125,500.00 STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. Requirements
Requires a minimum of 5 years of Workday administration and implementation experience along with 2 years of progressive HR experience. A post-secondary education degree in Human Resources or a related field is required.
