Job Description Summary We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at STEMCELL! In this role, you will help deliver multi-disciplinary corporate and departmental initiatives by ensuring construction/infrastructure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget. You will support projects through every stage of the lifecycle, from planning to closeout. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to apply and grow their organizational and relationship-management skills in a collaborative environment. Working closely with stakeholders across the business and experienced Senior Project Managers, you will contribute to impactful, business-critical construction projects while expanding your project management expertise. Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Responsible for providing project management support to ensure the delivery of the goals, milestones and related operational activities Collaborate closely with the Project Team to define the project scope and resource requirements Coordinate engagement with subject matter experts from across the organization to ensure relevant project and design information is captured in project documentation and taken into account during the project lifecycle Work with team members to identify and analyze project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and produce and control project timelines Knowledge and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering (alternatives: chemical, civil or electrical engineering) 2-6 years of experience working on infrastructure projects Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in standard office tools, proficiency in MS Project experience is a strong asset #LI-KL1 #LI-Onsite #United STEMCELL Technologies is a privately owned, Vancouver-based biotechnology company that helps power leading-edge life science research around the world. The annual salary for this job ranges from: $72,700.00 - $98,300.00 STEMCELL determines an individual’s pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience, education, job-related skills, and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives, the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
