They are seeking a Finance Manager to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and controls while providing meaningful financial information to support business development. This role works closely with senior management and the finance team to strengthen processes, improve financial performance and identify risks. They are looking for a confident, collaborative and commercially minded professional who communicates clearly and builds strong relationships at all levels. The ideal candidate is diplomatic and approachable with strong attention to detail and a team-first approach. Key responsibilities: Monitor revenue, expenses, cash flow and overall financial performance daily Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes, ensuring financial records and reporting are accurate and complete Prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for leadership Review financial activity, identify discrepancies and investigate trends or areas of concern Support budgeting, ongoing forecasting and long-term financial planning Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, highlight key trends and provide recommendations Develop financial models and scenario analysis to support decision-making Maintain effective financial controls, policies, and procedures to manage risk and ensure compliance Coordinate audit activities, tax filings and other financial compliance requirements Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes, systems, and reporting Support the development of the financial team through business feedback, prioritization and accountability If you're looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact and partner closely with senior leadership, apply today!
