Le groupe de M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) se spécialise notamment dans les opérations de fusions et acquisitions canadiennes et transfrontalières, le capital‑investissement, le capital de risque, les transactions de financement d’entreprise et représente un large éventail de sociétés ouvertes et fermées œuvrant dans divers secteurs. À titre d’avocat(e) en fusions et acquisitions, vous conseillerez des clients canadiens et internationaux notamment dans le cadre d’acquisitions, de dessaisissements, de réorganisations, d’investissements, d’offres publiques, d’opérations de fermeture de capital, de développement et de financement de projets, ainsi que lors de négociations commerciales générales touchant un large éventail d’industries. Our Mergers & Acquisitions group specializes in Canadian and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate finance transactions, including representing broad and varied public and private companies across many industries. As an M&A associate, you will advise Canadian and international clients on acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, investments, public offerings, going‑private transactions, project development and finance, as well as general commercial negotiations across a wide range of industries.
