Advise issuers and underwriters on public offerings, private placements, and corporate acquisitions or divestitures. Provide legal counsel to strategic buyers and boards of directors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including IPOs and privatizations. Requires a Bachelor of Laws, membership in the Quebec Bar, and 3 to 6 years of relevant securities experience. Candidates must be bilingual in French and English with a strong academic record.
