Responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting legal opinions and agreements, and managing copyright, patent, and trademark matters. Candidates must have 2 to 4 years of multidisciplinary IP experience and be a member in good standing of the Quebec Bar. A Bachelor of Laws, a top academic record, and bilingualism in French and English are required.
