The HR Business Partner will provide strategic people support to enable their client groups. This role will partner with functional leaders on organizational design, talent reviews, employee engagement, leadership coaching, acquisition integration, HR projects, and change management initiatives that strengthen team effectiveness and support business transformation. Your day-to-day Act as the primary HR partner for designated client group. Advise on organization design, role clarity, team effectiveness, and change management. Facilitate talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and retention strategies. Coach leaders on performance, engagement, communication, and employee relations matters. Use people data and engagement insights to identify risks and recommend action plans. Support People programs, policy implementation, acquisition integration, and HR projects in partnership with the People Team. Your Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR business partnering experience supporting corporate, technology, operations, legal, marketing, or content teams. Strong experience in organization design, change management, leadership coaching, talent reviews, and employee relations. Ability to connect business priorities to people strategies and influence stakeholders at multiple levels. Comfort using people data, engagement insights, and workforce trends to guide recommendations. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred. Strong bilingual French and English skills required. Areas of Ownership Strategic HR partnership for assigned client groups and functional leaders. Organization design, role clarity, workforce planning, and change management support. Talent reviews, succession planning, development planning, and retention strategies. Leader coaching on performance, engagement, communication, and employee relations matters. People insights, risk identification, and action planning for assigned client groups. People Team program implementation, acquisition integration, and cross-functional HR initiatives. Requirements

Candidates need at least 5 years of progressive HR business partnering experience and strong bilingual skills in French and English. A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development is preferred.
