Company: StockBox [www.thestockbox.com] Location: Concord, ON (routes across the GTA) Job type: Full time, permanent Pay: $50,000 to $55,000 per year Schedule: [Monday to Friday, day shift] About StockBox StockBox places AI-powered retail kiosks in condo lobbies, offices, schools, fitness clubs and community spaces across the GTA. Every kiosk is cashless. Inventory is tracked remotely, so you'll know what each site needs before you arrive. We're a young Toronto company with a growing fleet, and this role is central to how we run. What you'll do Site checks Visit new sites before a kiosk is delivered to confirm they're ready: power, floor space, delivery path, door and elevator clearances, access hours and connectivity Take photos and measurements and report anything that has to be fixed before delivery Coordinate access with property managers, building staff and security Delivery and setup Deliver kiosks to host sites and move them safely into place Position, level and power up each kiosk, and confirm it's online Load the first product setup to our planogram Stocking and service Run planned stocking routes using remote inventory data from our system Pick and pack at our warehouse, then load and deliver product Rotate stock, check expiry dates and remove damaged or expired items Clean kiosks inside and out and keep them looking right Handle simple on-site fixes and report bigger issues Log visits, stock counts and issues in our apps What we're looking for 2 or more years in vending, route delivery, merchandising, equipment delivery or similar field work Valid Ontario G licence and a clean driver's abstract Experience moving heavy equipment safely with a pallet jack or appliance dolly Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and be on your feet most of the day Organized and on time, able to work on your own and stay on schedule Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet app Professional and courteous in residential and corporate buildings What we offer $50,000 to $55,000 per year, based on experience Rental vehicle provided for routes and deliveries, with a company vehicle to follow $50 monthly phone allowance A chance to join early and help shape how our routes and installs run

What you’ll do

Requirements

Applicants need at least two years of experience in vending, route delivery, merchandising, equipment delivery, or similar field work, along with a valid Ontario G licence and a clean driving abstract. They must be able to move heavy equipment safely, repeatedly lift up to 50 pounds, work independently and on schedule, use smartphone or tablet apps, and interact professionally with building staff and residents.
