Prepare detailed cost estimates, bid proposals, and bills of quantities for tunneling and trenchless construction projects, including quantity take-offs, production-based cost models, and material estimates. Review tender and geotechnical documents, assess risks and pricing, evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, and coordinate with technical, procurement, operations, and project teams on tender submissions and awarded projects.
