This role pertains to winter season supervision planning operations and overseeing snow removal activities, ensuring internal standards and client expectations are met while providing consistent feedback to management. Reports to: Operations Manager Major Responsibilities: * Plan operations & dispatch crews to perform snow removal activities on several commercial locations simultaneously. * Oversee snow removal operations to meet our internal standards and our client expectations. * Visit sites to visually inspect sites during or after snow removal operations. * Create & update tickets and purchase orders in our snow removal system. * Handle customer complaints & resolve issues within a timely manner. * Coordinate with Account Managers & provide consistent documented feedback to management. * Participate in review of contracts and year-end review. * Other related duties.
