You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Strathmore’s quality standards, while maintaining team morale and clear communication on-site. When a snowstorm is forecast, shifts are posted in our mobile app, and you’ll confirm your crew’s availability. Teams meet at our LaSalle office and depart together by truck to service our corporate clients across the Montreal area. At the end of each shift, the crew returns together to the departure point. 💪 It’s hands-on, outdoor work — you’ll stay active and lead by example in challenging winter conditions! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Major Responsibilities * Leadership: Guide and support your team on-site; provide training and feedback as needed * Productivity: Complete snow-clearing activities efficiently and within the scheduled timeframe * Quality: Ensure all work meets Strathmore standards while minimizing rework * Safety: Promote safe work practices and participate in safety meetings as required -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- What you need to be successful * Minimum 1 year of experience supervising a team in a physically demanding environment (landscaping or snow removal an asset) * Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driving record * Reliable and punctual — leaders must be present and on time for every confirmed shift * Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in cold, windy, snowy conditions, day or night * Must have reliable transportation to our LaSalle office (2288 Rue des Cannes Brûlées) or other assigned sites, any time of day or night * Available 24/7, including weekends and holidays during snow events -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Strathmore Advantages * Competitive pay: $25–$30/hour * Guaranteed hours during the winter season * Paid overtime (1.5× hourly rate) * High-quality uniforms provided * Year-round employment opportunities (summer & winter) * Training, leadership development, and certification programs * A respectful company culture built on teamwork and safety -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 💰 Know someone who’d be a great fit?
