You’ll ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Strathmore’s quality standards, while maintaining team morale and clear communication on-site. When a snowstorm is forecast, shifts are posted in our mobile app, and you’ll confirm your crew’s availability. Teams meet at our LaSalle office and depart together by truck to service our corporate clients across the Montreal area.
