Position Summary As a Snow Removal Equipment Operator, you are responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned snow removal equipment on commercial properties. Your work directly supports site safety, accessibility, operational continuity, and client satisfaction during winter weather events. Key Responsibilities * Safely and efficiently operate assigned snow removal equipment and tools. * Clear snow from designated areas in accordance with site requirements, company standards, and supervisor instructions. * Complete pre- and post-operation equipment inspections and report defects or maintenance needs promptly. * Perform minor equipment adjustments or repairs when appropriate and within your level of training. * Maintain clear communication with supervisors and team members before, during, and after operations. * Accurately record required operational information in company software and reporting tools. * Follow all health and safety procedures and immediately report unsafe conditions or incidents. * Perform other related duties as required to support winter operations. Requirements * Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a good driving record; Class 3 licence is an asset. * Two or more years of snow removal or heavy equipment operating experience; training may be provided where required. * Comfortable working outdoors in cold, snowy, windy, and changing winter conditions. * Available full-time and able to respond to winter operations on a 24/7 basis during snow events. * Reliable, responsible, safety-minded, and physically capable of performing the duties of the position. * Reliable transportation to the LaSalle office or other designated reporting locations.
