Boot Allowance Role Responsibilities: Directly supervise crews and coordinate daily field activities. Responsible for manpower planning and labour allocation. Conduct daily toolbox talks and hazard assessments. Monitor productivity and communicate concerns affecting schedule or budget. Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and staging. Ensure timesheets, FLHAs, inspections, and documentation are completed accurately. Assist with onboarding and orientation of new workers to site expectations. Demonstrates visible safety leadership and promotes a proactive safety culture Must be competent in Industrial environments Knowledge of industrial standards Role Requirements: Excellent problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Able to produce quality documentation in a timely and accurate manner Physically able to lift a minimum of 35 lbs Valid Alberta driver's license and willingness to travel Journeyman Electrician - Red Seal preferred Valid CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid and Fall Protection certificates Work Location: In person - Edmonton and surrounding areas

Requirements

Requires a Journeyman Electrician certification with Red Seal preference and competency in industrial environments. Must possess strong organizational skills, a valid driver's license, and relevant safety certifications such as CSTS and WHMIS.
