Stretch Zone is looking for motivated individuals who want to become nationally certified Stretch Practitioners while developing professional skills in client care, education, and membership consulting. Our most successful practitioners don't just deliver exceptional stretches—they build trusted relationships, educate clients on the benefits of consistent stretching, and confidently recommend membership programs that help clients achieve lasting results. What You'll Do Deliver practitioner-assisted stretch sessions using Stretch Zone's nationally accredited methodology. Educate clients on flexibility, mobility and injury prevention. Build lasting relationships with members and help them achieve their wellness goals. Recommend membership options that best support each client's long-term success. Work alongside the Membership Sales team while developing your own consultative sales skills. Maintain detailed client notes and provide exceptional customer service. Participate in ongoing education and professional development. Paid Stretch Practitioner Certification Stretch Zone provides all certification and training. You'll receive: Nationally Accredited Stretch Practitioner Certification Two days of hands-on training with a Master Practitioner 30+ hours of interactive virtual education Continued coaching and professional development Cross-training in membership sales and client consultations to build a well-rounded career Qualifications Education Background in: Kinesiology Exercise Science Personal Training Athletic Therapy Fitness or Wellness Required Passion for helping others improve their health and quality of life. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable building relationships and educating clients. Desire to learn consultative sales and membership recommendations. Willingness to complete and successfully pass Stretch Zone certification training. Hands-on learner with a positive attitude. Bonus Qualifications Previous customer service or sales experience.
