Job summary
Opportunity At Structure Studios, we produce the visuals our industry runs on. We've spent 24+ years building the software that pool builders, landscape designers, and outdoor living professionals rely on. Now, our procedural 2D-to-3D geometry engine feeds Unreal Engine 5 (running as an embedded runtime .dll). We push UE5 harder than most studios ever imagine because we prioritize visual fidelity over frame rate. Our minimum supported GPU is an RTX 3060, which means you spend time advancing rendering quality rather than fighting last-gen constraints. If you’re looking to push Unreal Engine to its limits, this is the project for you. Top 5 Reasons to Join Us Stability: Developer tenure here averages 8+ years. Longevity: Profitable by design, independent by choice for 24+ years. Reputation: Our software sets the standard. Innovation: We push the boundaries of 3D rendering. Technology: Our minimum supported video card is an RTX 3060. Responsibilities Maximize efficient use of the Unreal Engine 5.3+ toolset for high-spec machines. Extend the functionality and push the limits of the Unreal Engine. Add new Rendering tools to give end users the ability to customize scenes at Runtime. Operate in an agile environment; participate in daily standups and retrospective meetings. Provide estimates of scope and complexity. Be as passionate about learning as creating the best-looking visuals. Qualifications 10+ years of strong C++ and multi-threaded programming experience, with the ability to architect core engine systems. Deep working knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 internals and the modern rendering toolset (Lumen, Nanite, path tracing, GPU-driven rendering) Strong 3D math, rendering algorithms, and data structures Demonstrated skill in performance profiling, graphics debugging, and memory optimization Fluency across modern graphics APIs and shader languages Hiring Process Our process is fast. You'll talk to the founders from the first call, and we close in days, not weeks. Send us your resume: https://se3d.typeform.com/to/c7V4Q134 Get to know us: 25-min call with the CEO to discuss background, experience, and career goals; answer questions. 50-min review of a past project with the Architect. 50-min culture interview with the Director of Operations.
