General Labourer - Night Shift Location: Harley, ON (between Brantford and Woodstock) Schedule: Four 12-hour night shifts per week, scheduled Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00 p.m. and finishing at approximately 5:00 a.m. Night shift premium: An extra $3.50 per hour Prefer working nights? We’re looking for reliable people to join our Drycast Products and Hollowcore night shift teams in Harley. You’ll work alongside a crew that knows how to get the job done and is ready to help you learn. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? It depends on which team you join: Drycast Products: You’ll prepare molds, place steel reinforcement, help fill and compact the concrete, and finish and stack products. Hollowcore: You’ll prepare the production area, pull strand before tensioning, help run production equipment, and measure and cut products to the right specifications. Both roles involve hands-on work, checking quality, and keeping safety at the centre of what you do. You’ll be on your feet in a busy indoor plant, working with your team to keep production moving. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: * Show up ready to work and can be counted on by your team. * Enjoy physical work and can lift up to 50 lbs. * Pay attention to the details and take safety seriously. * Are willing to learn and pitch in where needed. Experience with concrete or manufacturing is an asset. For Hollowcore, knowing how to read drawings and use a tape measure is also an asset.
