Our Dealership Team Enjoys: * Management support – training and mentoring so you can reach your income potential * Community involvement and participation – we are actively involved, supporting our community drives business and our positive sense of purpose * A great work culture that encourages you to bring your best every day * Customer-focused environment: We do what it takes to make our guests happy on every visit Essential Duties and Responsibilities: · Uses various types of cleaning equipment and solutions. · Details vehicle according to the customer’s specific instructions. · Shampoos carpets and upholstery. · Vacuum floors and seats, and trunk. · Conditions vinyl and leather. · Cleans door frames and instrument panels. · Cleans all dirt, grease and tar from the exterior of the vehicle. · Reconditions the vehicle’s exterior. · Cleans all glass on the vehicle, inside and out, with the appropriate type of rag and cleaning solution. · Removes grease from the engine and other parts under the hood. · Waxes and buffs vehicles after washing. · Polishes the exterior chrome and all trim on the exterior of the vehicle using special chrome cleaners. · Uses air compressors and special equipment to dry the inside and outside surfaces. · Uses hoses and pumps for washing and rinsing vehicles. · Dries floor mats. · Fixes minor scratches and chips with touch-up vehicle paint. · Assist with keeping the shop area clean and orderly. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities · Must have exceptional customer service skills. · Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. · Must have excellent communication skills. · Must be an active listener and exercise sound judgment. · Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential. · Must be a good time manager and must be able to multi-task. · The ability to follow complex instructions is a plus. · Should have ample knowledge of safety precautions. Experience · Previous automotive detailing is an asset · Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driver's abstract. · Must pass Criminal Background Check Work Environment · Time is spent inside and outside of vehicles. · Must be able to work with strong detergents and chemicals. · Time is spent working outside in both very hot and very cold weather. · Must have required safety equipment. · May be required to do some heavy lifting Salary -This is an hourly wage of $19.00 to $21.50 (final wage determined by the basis of experience)

What you’ll do

Perform comprehensive interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including cleaning, shampooing, waxing, and polishing. Maintain a clean shop environment and ensure high-quality guest experiences through meticulous vehicle reconditioning.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a clean driver's abstract, and pass a criminal background check. Previous detailing experience is an asset, along with the ability to work in extreme weather conditions and handle strong chemicals.
