Job summary

The Member Advisor Assistant provides daily support to the Branch Manager and Member Advisors while serving as the primary point of contact for new members. They are also responsible for auditing files, making financial referrals, and occasionally acting as a back-up Member Service Representative.

Member Advisor Assistant (Internal Posting) The Opportunity? We are currently looking for a Member Advisor Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support for the Branch Manager, Member Advisors and Member Service Representative Supervisor on a daily basis, and serve as the first point of contact for new members. They will also review and audit a range of files and reports, and make referrals to the Branch Manager and Member Advisors to support the financial well-being of our members. On occasion, the Member Advisor Assistant will act as a back-up Member Service Representative to serve our Members on the front line. What will you need to succeed? Requirements

Candidates must possess a post-secondary diploma in finance or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Additionally, all employees must be bondable, which includes passing criminal record and credit checks.
