The Investment Solutions Controls team ensures accounting transactions from Individual Wealth administration systems to the General Ledger are timely, accurate, and complete. The team also supports cash control monitoring, accounting, and reporting for the Investment Solutions business. What will you do? In this role, you will support accounting controls, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvement activities. Reconciliations and reporting: Reconcile suspense, tax, balance sheet, and related bank accounts for Individual Wealth products; prepare manual journal entries; complete Frontier reconciliations; and monitor daily accounting reports. Issue resolution and controls: Investigate discrepancies, resolve accounting errors, manage money movement across systems and bank accounts, and advise business partners on standard accounting practices to help prevent control issues. Continuous improvement: Track and analyze errors, identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency, implement process improvements, and create and maintain accounting procedure documentation. What do you need to succeed? We are looking for someone with solid accounting knowledge, analytical capability, and a collaborative mindset. Education and experience: studying in accounting, finance, or related discipline; accounting experience in reconciliation, audit, reporting, or related activities is an asset. Technical skills: Experience using SAP or other general ledger systems; intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office is an asset. Analytical strengths: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to accuracy and detail. The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted for. The Base Pay which you will be considered for will vary depending on the Campus program you are selected for.
