Job Description Summary Sales Development Manager Sunbelt’s Sales Development Manager is empowered to build sales pipeline, so we can make it happen for our customers. Sales Development Manager main responsibilities are to identify, develop, drive, and maintain relationships with new and/or struggling customers within multiple segments of the market. Education or experience that prepares you for success: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent work experience Four or more years of previous sales management experience Valid Driver’s license with acceptable driving history required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities you may rely on: Knowledge of different phases of construction, equipment applications, features, benefits, operation and specification Oral and written communications Supervisory skills Safety is key to our culture: The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required by the job. Requirements

Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience, along with at least four years of sales management experience. A valid driver's license and knowledge of construction equipment applications are also required.
