As a Laboratory Technician, you'll perform critical testing and analysis of refinery products, operate specialized laboratory equipment, and support safe, efficient operations across the site. This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical and detail-oriented professional who enjoys hands-on work in a fast-paced industrial environment and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Minimum Requirements: One to three years of relevant experience in a quality control laboratory in the petrochemical industrial sector or in a chemical process DEC in Analytical Chemistry or Bachelor's degree in Chemistry Knowledge of IT data management systems Excellent ability to communicate in French, both orally and in writing A valid driver’s licence and a clean driving record Responsibilities: Work in the different sections of the laboratory and various equipment such as distiller, flash point, density meter, viscometer, titrator, sulfur analyzer and many others in order to analyze all our intermediate and finished products Conduct sampling of the refinery's intermediate and finished product tanks Saving samples in the LMMS system Perform equipment calibration Participate in firefighting training and be a member of the fire team on shifts Participate in health and safety meetings All other tasks contributing to the proper functioning of the laboratory's operations Location and other Key Details: This is an office-based role. Requirements
