About The Role The Business Analyst, IT Operations Liaison, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, is a full-time, permanent position that plays a vital role at the intersection of operations and technology within the lumber industry. Reporting to senior management, this role is responsible for aligning manufacturing, administrative, and IT functions to ensure seamless communication and process integration. The Business Analyst acts as a bridge between business needs and technological solutions, translating requirements into scalable systems and driving process optimization. This position involves supporting full project lifecycles, enhancing data integrity, and promoting operational excellence across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of manufacturing environments, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
