The company’s products include Grammarly’s writing assistance, Superhuman Docs's collaborative workspaces, Mail’s inbox management, and Go, the proactive AI assistant that understands context and delivers help automatically. Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here. The Opportunity Superhuman Mail is growing in ways that didn't exist a year ago. AI assistants like ChatGPT and Claude have become a source of new customers, and as part of the Superhuman Suite we can now reach millions of Grammarly and Go users. We're looking for a Head of Growth Product, Mail to turn that into compounding growth: owning how we engage with customers across every surface. This is a senior, highly cross-functional role. You'll lead a team of growth PMs and own multiple funnels: web, desktop, mobile, agent, our MCP connectors, and more. You'll report to the Head of Marketing & Growth, working alongside the teams driving awareness through expansion, with shared accountability for revenue. You'll also partner closely with Grammarly, Go, and central growth teams to distribute Mail across the Superhuman suite. Qualifications You have 10+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading growth at a product-led (PLG) company. You've managed growth PMs and owned growth across multiple funnels or surfaces. You think rigorously about funnels. You know conversion by step, size opportunities quickly, and prioritize accordingly. You have hands-on experience with self-serve monetization levers like pricing, packaging, trials, and offers. You have strong analytical fluency and are comfortable going deep in data, designing experiments, and building growth models. You have a proven track record of moving quickly from insight to shipped product, and of making good calls with imperfect data. Bonus: experience at an AI-native company, or driving growth on mobile or through third-party platforms and integrations. Competencies Growth Systems Thinking: You see the product as a growth engine. You think in distribution, loops, and leverage, not just features, and you know how funnels across surfaces and products affect each other. Cross-Functional Leadership: You create clarity and urgency across teams you don't manage. You make it easy for partners in Grammarly, Go, and central teams to say yes. AI-First Operator: You embed AI into daily workflows, rituals, and decision-making. You model fluency, curiosity, and visible use of AI to raise the bar for speed, quality, and customer impact. Extreme Ownership: You act as if you are 100% responsible for your own outcomes as well as the outcomes of the company. You do this without stepping on toes. Results Driven: You work tirelessly in pursuit of your results; you quickly take the initiative and own it when results are off; you course-correct and get scrappy if necessary. Customer-Centered Innovator: You redesign experiences to create AI-native magic, delighting customers through faster, smarter, and more effective workflows that deliver measurable outcomes.
