In this role, you will support a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, policy administration, compliance, and HR programs. Key Responsibilities * Support employee relations by providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and workplace concerns. * Assist managers with performance management, coaching, and employee development initiatives. * Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies. * Administer employee benefits, leaves, and HRIS updates. * Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities. * Support training and development programs and employee engagement initiatives. * Assist with policy development, HR reporting, and special projects. * Stay current on employment legislation and HR best practices. Qualifications * Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. * CHRP designation or working toward certification is considered an asset. * 3–5 years of progressive HR experience in a generalist role. * Knowledge of employment standards, human rights, workplace health and safety, and privacy legislation. * Experience with HRIS systems(ADP) and Microsoft Office applications. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. * High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
