In this vital role, you’ll oversee the shipping of goods from our Vancouver facility and manage the receipt of customer property for service. You'll help ensure everything runs smoothly, from coordinating shipments to maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Handle shipping and receiving duties, ensuring smooth processing of customer goods. Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally (typically within one business day). Keep customer service teams informed about any changes in shipping dates or issues with equipment. Ensure all shipping operations comply with company policies, regulations, and safety standards. Work closely with the shipping supervisor to ensure the operation runs efficiently and without disruption. Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and premises in good working order. Process receiving reports, prepare sales orders, generate delivery notes, and update shipping logs accurately and promptly. Alert senior management to any potential safety issues or financial risks to the company. About You: Essential Criteria: Lift truck operator certification. Experience with the transportation of Dangerous Goods (DG) by Ground, Air, and Sea. At least 2 years of experience in a shipping role. Physically fit for some heavy lifting. Comfortable using ERP systems in a fast-paced environment. Why Survitec?
