Manager, Digital Strategy & Insights | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid – Downtown Toronto My client, one of Canada's Big 5 banks, is hiring a Manager, Digital Strategy & Insights for a 12-month contract based out of their downtown Toronto campus (hybrid, 2–3 days onsite per week). This role sits at the intersection of digital strategy and performance insights. You'll support strategic initiatives from business case through execution — defining KPIs, building reports and dashboards, integrating data from multiple sources, and turning digital channel performance into recommendations that senior stakeholders actually act on. You'll work across product, marketing, and technology partners, so this suits someone who's equally comfortable in the data and in the room presenting it. What you'll do: Design and produce recurring and ad-hoc reporting and dashboards tracking digital initiative performance Break down strategic problems, analyze data from multiple sources, and deliver insights and recommendations to business leaders Define business goals and key performance metrics for assigned initiatives and monitor delivery against them Coordinate across functional groups to keep strategic programs moving, including change management support Track emerging digital trends and translate them into practical recommendations What we're looking for: 5–7 years of relevant experience; post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience A mix of financial services and technology exposure — you understand digital banking channels and how technology drives competitive advantage Strong analytical toolkit: comfortable integrating data from multiple sources and building reporting that stands up to executive scrutiny In-depth communication, collaboration, and influence skills — you can hold your own with senior stakeholders Data-driven decision making as a default, not a buzzword Details: 12-month contract, possibility of extension Hybrid: 2–3 days per week onsite, downtown Toronto Hours: standard business hours, Monday–Friday Rate: $30–40/hr depending on overall experience
