Our challenge We are looking for a DevOps Specialist will support the continuous delivery, deployment, and operation of custom-built solutions across enterprise and hybrid cloud environments. This role will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, cloud data solutions, automation scripts, security practices, and Red Hat OpenShift deployments. The ideal candidate combines strong troubleshooting and documentation skills with advanced generative AI expertise for analysis, workflow automation, and executive-level deliverables. The Role: Scrum Master Responsibilities: Support the design, implementation, and continuous delivery of custom-built software solutions. Design and deploy hybrid cloud applications using Red Hat OpenShift and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure. Build, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines in large-scale enterprise environments. Create and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform. Develop automation scripts and use command-line tools, PowerShell, SSH clients, and remote desktop access to manage systems and troubleshoot issues. Monitor and troubleshoot networking, cloud, application, and infrastructure issues using tools such as DNS lookups, traceroutes, and load-balancing technologies. Document issues, solutions, procedures, and technical decisions while applying security practices such as secrets management and least privilege. Requirements: At least three years of experience conducting research, analysis, and problem solving in a technical environment. At least three years of experience documenting technical issues, solutions, procedures, and operational processes. At least two years of experience leveraging generative AI and agentic tooling, including prompt design, retrieval-augmented generation, structured retrieval, workflow automation, and critical evaluation of AI outputs. At least three years of experience with access and system administration tools, including SSH clients and Remote Desktop. At least three years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure, including scalable data solutions and data pipeline optimization. At least four years of experience using command-line interfaces and scripting tools such as PowerShell, along with networking tools including DNS lookups, traceroutes, and load balancing. At least three years of experience using Visual Studio Code or Visual Studio 2019 or later, including at least two years supporting DevOps delivery, Red Hat OpenShift, infrastructure as code, or enterprise CI/CD pipelines. Preferred, but not required: Experience with multiple cloud platforms, including AWS services such as EC2, S3, and RDS; GCP services such as BigQuery and Cloud Storage; or Azure services such as Azure SQL Database and Blob Storage. Experience designing and deploying hybrid cloud applications using Red Hat OpenShift. Experience developing AI-augmented DevOps workflows that improve productivity, decision quality, reporting, and operational automation.
