Our challenge We are seeking a highly skilled .NET Full Stack Developer to join our client’s technology team in the financial services domain. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building scalable enterprise applications using .NET technologies across both backend and frontend layers. A key requirement for this role is hands-on experience using GitHub Copilot / Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools to improve coding productivity, automate repetitive tasks, accelerate debugging, and enhance development workflows. The Role - .NET Full Stack Developer (Copilot-Enabled) Responsibilities: Design, develop, test, and maintain full stack applications using .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core Build and enhance responsive user interfaces using modern frontend technologies such as React / JavaScript / TypeScript Develop robust APIs, microservices, and backend services for financial applications Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, QA teams, and architects to deliver high-quality solutions Use Copilot / AI-assisted coding tools effectively for code generation, refactoring, documentation, debugging, and productivity improvements Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code following best practices Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and secure development principles Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability Work with databases such as SQL Server and support data modeling, query optimization, and integration needs Participate in CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices Ensure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services Requirements: Strong experience in .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core Proficiency in C# Experience in frontend development with React, along with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript Experience in building and consuming REST APIs and web services Strong working knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases Experience with Entity Framework / ORM tools Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud environments is a plus Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/Scrum development methodology Strong understanding of software design principles, debugging, and problem-solving Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection principles We can offer you A multinational organization with 57 offices in 22 countries and the possibility to work abroad 15 days (3 weeks) of paid annual leave plus an additional 10 days of personal leave (floating days and sick days) A comprehensive insurance plan including: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and long term disability Flexible hybrid policy to fit your schedule RRSP with employer’s contribution up to 4% A higher education certification policy On-demand Udemy for Business for all Synechron employees with free access to more than 5000 curated courses Coaching opportunities with experienced colleagues from our Financial Innovation Labs (FinLabs) and Center of Excellences (CoE) groups SYNECHRON’S DIVERSITY & INCLUSION STATEMENT Diversity & Inclusion are fundamental to our culture, and Synechron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
