Our challenge We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, tracking, and reporting across multiple initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, experience in project documentation and reporting, and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. This role requires working closely with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks, accurate reporting, and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle. Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Toronto, ON is CAD $70K - CAD $75K/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Support project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities. Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies. Prepare status reports, dashboards, project documentation, and meeting minutes. Maintain project plans, trackers, and MIS reports using Microsoft Excel. Create professional presentations, project updates, and stakeholder decks using PowerPoint. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. Identify project risks, issues, and bottlenecks, and escalate as needed. Organize meetings, follow up on action items, and ensure closure of pending tasks. Maintain accurate records of project documentation and communication. Assist in resource coordination, data analysis, and project reporting. Ensure adherence to project governance and process standards. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or related field. Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Coordinator, or similar role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel including: Pivot Tables VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP Data analysis Reporting and dashboards Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating management and client presentations. Good understanding of project coordination and reporting practices. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Preferred skills: Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, or Smartsheet. Familiarity with PMO processes and project governance. Experience in preparing MIS reports and executive summaries. Certification or training in project management is a plus. Requirements

Requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field along with proven experience in a project coordination role. Candidates must possess advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
