We are seeking a Lawyer with 4+ years of experience, preferably in commercial litigation, to join a well-established legal team in Langley, BC. The ideal candidate will independently manage litigation files, work closely with senior lawyers, and have opportunities for mentorship and practice development. Responsibilities Manage general and commercial litigation files independently from inception through resolution. Advise clients on litigation matters, legal disputes, and dispute resolution strategies. Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, applications, legal opinions, and other litigation documents. Represent clients in litigation proceedings and advocate for their interests. Collaborate with senior lawyers and partners on complex litigation matters. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services. Participate in business development and opportunities to grow an independent practice. Qualifications 4+ years of litigation experience, ideally in commercial litigation. LLB/J.D. from an accredited law school. Member in good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia. Strong legal research, drafting, litigation, and advocacy skills. Experience advising clients on commercial disputes and litigation matters. Ability to independently manage files and communicate confidently with clients. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and work ethic. Client-focused, collaborative, and motivated to develop a practice.
