Fielding sometimes complex telephone inquiries from claimants and counsel. Qualifications JD from an accredited law school (foreign law degree may suffice) Active license in good standing in at least one Canada jurisdiction Litigation experience preferred Class action and/or mass tort experience a plus Attention to detail Ability to multi-task Flexibility Customer service approach French/English Bilingual (fluent in speaking, reading, and writing) Required Skills Integrity – Behaves in an honest, fair and ethical manner; shows consistency in words and actions; does what she/he commits to doing; respects the confidentiality of information or concerns shared by others; is honest and forthright with people; carries his/her fair share of the workload; takes responsibility for own mistakes. Requirements
Candidates must hold a JD from an accredited law school and an active license in at least one Canadian jurisdiction. Fluency in both French and English is required, with litigation or class action experience preferred.
