Administer and continuously improve the company’s HSE program, including safety policies, compliance monitoring, COR maintenance, reporting, and training. Conduct site inspections and audits, support project teams with safety planning, investigate incidents, and manage WCB claims and return-to-work coordination.

Coordinate construction project workflows, documentation, contracts, procurement, schedules, budgets, cost control, and closeout while providing administrative and operational support to Project Managers. Communicate with clients, trades, suppliers, and other stakeholders to support project delivery, client satisfaction, and business development.

Prepare and support detailed estimates and budgets for commercial and institutional construction projects, including drawing analysis, quantity take-offs, tendering, subcontractor pricing, and bid comparisons. Maintain estimating and historical cost data, support pre-construction planning and contract reviews, and communicate estimate details to project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
