Lawyer Position: Lawyer Type: Contractor Compensation: $60–$70/hour Location: Remote About the Opportunity We’re seeking experienced lawyers to contribute legal expertise to projects focused on training next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your knowledge of contracts, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing to improve AI-generated legal content. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities Conduct detailed contract reviews, identifying risks, ambiguities, and opportunities for improvement. Perform legal research on statutes, regulations, and case law. Draft, edit, and evaluate legal documents for accuracy and clarity. Analyze regulatory compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Develop clear written explanations and rationales for legal positions. Collaborate remotely to explain complex legal concepts. Evaluate legal data and provide feedback to improve AI training materials. Required Qualifications Active law license or bar admission. At least 5 years of legal practice in contract law, compliance, or a related specialty. Strong expertise in contract review, legal research, regulatory compliance, and legal writing. Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills, with attention to legal nuance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret laws and regulations across jurisdictions. Experience working independently in a remote, project-based environment. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with legal technology tools. Ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly to legal and non-legal audiences. Compensation $60–$70 per hour. Remote contractor engagement. 5 openings available.
