Lead the technical scale-up of hydrometallurgical processes from pilot operations to a demonstration plant, including process modeling, chemistry and unit-operation optimization, and scale-up risk management. Manage multidisciplinary projects, coordinate internal teams and external partners, prepare engineering and technology-transfer documentation, and report progress and recommendations to executive leadership.
