Job details

Syntrace builds conversational knowledge for institutional investors. We capture, organize and synthesize private conversations into source-backed knowledge a firm can build on. We are now hiring a Data Scientist, based in Toronto. You will turn conversations and usage into insight: building models that measure the quality of what our AI delivers, finding patterns in how customers use the product and designing the experiments that make it better. You will work closely with our product and engineering teams. Our users trust us with the most sensitive conversations they have. That makes security part of the product, not a feature on top of it. What you bring: - Several years as a data scientist, ideally at a fast-growing company. - Strong Python and SQL, and a solid grounding in statistics. - Clear thinking. What you get: - A founding role with real ownership. - A senior team that has scaled companies before. - Hard problems where accuracy is the product. To apply, send a short note to careers@syntrace.com about yourself. If you know someone who should read this, send it to them.
