Ce rôle clé combine programmation PLC/HMI, intégration de systèmes, mise en service, dépannage, documentation, conformité aux normes de sécurité et collaboration avec des équipes multidisciplinaires afin d’améliorer continuellement la performance des solutions d’automatisation. Responsabilités Concevoir, développer, tester et optimiser des programmes PLC et HMI pour des systèmes d’automatisation, notamment sur des plateformes comme Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, ABB ou autres. Programmer en logique ladder, texte structuré et blocs fonctionnels, tout en produisant une documentation claire, incluant spécifications fonctionnelles, diagrammes de flux logiques et manuels d’opération. Intégrer les systèmes PLC avec les HMI, capteurs, actionneurs et autres périphériques, ainsi qu’avec des protocoles de communication industrielle tels que Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP ou OPC-UA. Collaborer avec les équipes mécaniques, électriques et logicielles afin d’assurer une intégration fluide des systèmes d’automatisation. Diagnostiquer, dépanner, mettre à jour et améliorer les systèmes de contrôle existants afin de minimiser les temps d’arrêt et prévenir les problèmes récurrents. Participer à la mise en service, aux tests FAT/SAT et au dépannage sur site. Diriger ou soutenir des projets d’automatisation de la conception à la finalisation, incluant les calendriers, portées de projet et budgets. Assurer la conformité aux normes de sécurité industrielle telles que NFPA 70E, ISO ou IEC, et offrir du mentorat aux personnes moins expérimentées. Ce que nous recherchons Diplôme en génie électrique, automatisation ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente pertinente. Plus de 8 ans d’expérience pratique en programmation PLC et automatisation industrielle, avec maîtrise d’au moins deux grandes plateformes PLC telles que Allen-Bradley, Siemens ou Omron. Connaissance des systèmes SCADA, logiciels HMI, systèmes de contrôle industriels et instrumentation; l’expérience en intégration robotique est un atout. Esprit critique, polyvalence, excellentes aptitudes en communication et capacité à collaborer efficacement en équipe. This key role combines PLC/HMI programming, system integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, documentation, safety compliance, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to continuously improve automation solutions. Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and optimize PLC and HMI programs for automation systems using platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, ABB, or others as required. Program in ladder logic, structured text, and function blocks while producing clear documentation, including functional specifications, logic flow diagrams, and operating manuals. Integrate PLC systems with HMIs, sensors, actuators, and other devices, as well as industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profibus, EtherNet/IP, or OPC-UA. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure seamless integration of automation systems. Diagnose, troubleshoot, update, and improve existing control systems to minimize downtime and prevent recurring issues. Participate in project commissioning, FAT/SAT testing, and on-site troubleshooting. Lead or support automation projects from design through completion, including schedules, project scopes, and budgets. Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards such as NFPA 70E, ISO, or IEC, and mentor less experienced team members. What We’re Looking For Degree in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. More than 8 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming and industrial automation, with proficiency in at least two major PLC platforms such as Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or Omron. Knowledge of SCADA systems, HMI software, industrial control systems, and instrumentation; robotic integration experience is an asset. Critical thinking, versatility, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
