Cette opportunité fait partie de Systemex Industries Conseils (SIC) À propos du rôle Systemex recherche des planificateurs(-trices) de maintenance de niveaux junior, intermédiaire, senior et chef d’équipe pour se joindre à notre équipe en pleine croissance. Que votre expertise soit en maintenance mécanique, électrique, instrumentation, équipements mobiles ou installations fixes, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’amélioration de la fiabilité des équipements et de la performance de la maintenance pour certaines des principales opérations minières et industrielles au Canada. En étroite collaboration avec les équipes de maintenance et d’opérations de nos clients, vous contribuerez à optimiser la planification, l’ordonnancement, la performance des actifs et les initiatives d’amélioration continue en maintenance. Ce que vous ferez * Développer des plans de maintenance préventive et prédictive, des échéanciers et des dossiers de travail détaillés. * Planifier la main-d’œuvre, les matériaux, les outils, les équipements et les besoins en sous-traitance pour les activités de maintenance. * Coordonner les horaires hebdomadaires de maintenance, les arrêts, les interruptions planifiées et les événements majeurs de maintenance. * Analyser l’historique des équipements et les données de maintenance afin d’améliorer la fiabilité et l’efficacité de la maintenance. * Gérer les arriérés de bons de travail, les priorités de planification et la documentation de maintenance. * Soutenir la planification des pièces de rechange, les nomenclatures et l’optimisation des inventaires. * Participer aux analyses des causes fondamentales, aux initiatives de fiabilité et aux projets d’amélioration continue. * Collaborer avec les équipes de maintenance, d’opérations et de projets afin d’assurer une exécution sécuritaire et efficace des travaux de maintenance. Ce que nous recherchons * Diplôme technique, certification de métier Sceau rouge, diplôme en technologie du génie ou diplôme en ingénierie. * Expérience en planification de maintenance dans les secteurs minier, manufacturier, énergétique ou tout autre environnement industriel lourd. * Solide connaissance des meilleures pratiques en planification, ordonnancement et maintenance préventive/prédictive. * Expérience avec des systèmes GMAO/EAM tels que SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle, JD Edwards, Pronto, Maintenance Connection ou des plateformes similaires. * Excellentes compétences en communication, en organisation et en résolution de problèmes, avec la capacité de collaborer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires. * La maîtrise du français est obligatoire. La maîtrise de l’anglais est également requise afin de communiquer efficacement avec des clients et partenaires internes situés à l’extérieur du Québec. This role is part of Systemex Industrial Consulting (SIC) About The Role Systemex is seeking Maintenance Planners at the Junior, Intermediate, Senior, and Lead levels to join our growing team. Whether your expertise is in mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, mobile equipment, or fixed plant maintenance, you'll play a key role in improving equipment reliability and maintenance performance for some of Canada's leading mining and industrial operations. Working closely with our clients' maintenance and operations teams, you'll help optimize maintenance planning, scheduling, asset performance, and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do * Develop preventive and predictive maintenance plans, schedules, and detailed work packages. * Plan labour, materials, tools, equipment, and contractor requirements for maintenance activities. * Coordinate weekly maintenance schedules, shutdowns, outages, and major maintenance events. * Review equipment history and maintenance data to improve reliability and maintenance efficiency. * Manage work order backlogs, planning priorities, and maintenance documentation. * Support spare parts planning, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and inventory optimization. * Participate in root cause analysis (RCA), reliability initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. * Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and project teams to ensure safe and efficient maintenance execution. What We're Looking For * Technical diploma, Red Seal trade certification, engineering technology diploma, or engineering degree. * Experience in maintenance planning within mining, manufacturing, energy, or other heavy industrial environments. * Strong knowledge of maintenance planning, scheduling, and preventive/predictive maintenance best practices. * Experience using CMMS/EAM systems such as SAP PM, IBM Maximo, Hexagon EAM, Infor EAM, Oracle, JD Edwards, Pronto, Maintenance Connection, or similar platforms. * Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. * Proficiency in French is mandatory. Proficiency in English is also required in order to communicate effectively with internal clients and partners located outside of Quebec.
