Understand better who we are by visiting www.systracanada.com. Context The main mission of the Document Controller is to establish quality rules, workflows, and access protocols for the EDMS. He will also be responsible in maintaining and updating the Project Deliverables List, and ensuring consistency with the EDMS data. Missions/Main Duties Establish the Documentation Management Plan for the project, including the quality rules requested on documents, workflows, use and accesses of the EDMS; Set up the list of all mandatory document format checks to perform on each project document and include this list in the Project Documentation Management Plan; Produce and update the Project Deliverables List by organizing meetings with each discipline/work package focal point to collect the list of their forecasted documents; Control the Project Deliverables List updates and the consistency between the Project Deliverables List and the data content available in the EDMS; Archives project documentation at the end of activities, in accordance with SYSTRA's internal archiving procedure; Supervise the Document Controllers within the project team; Analyse and set-up client requirements. Profile/Skills Years of experience : 5 - 10 years' experience in document management / administration on complex projects (Infra linear type) Technical competencies : Legislative knowledge of Norms/Standards applicable in Canada Clear verbal and written communication skills Personal and soft skills : Team spirit; Autonomy, initiative and attention to detail. The salary range of this role is between $95,000 - $115,000. The salary range provided below serves as a general guideline and reflects typical offers for this position.
