The company is located in Quebec, Canada, and ships across the country. Role Description The Administrative Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Montreal, QC. This position supports daily office operations, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, and greeting visitors. The role involves organizing and maintaining records, processing orders and invoices, scheduling appointments, and coordinating with the production and sales teams. The Administrative Assistant will handle general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and preparing basic documents. This role also assists with executive administrative support as needed, ensuring smooth communication and efficient workflow throughout the organization. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills to support day-to-day operations and leadership needs. Candidates should possess professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams. Candidates should possess solid Clerical Skills, including data entry, filing, document preparation, and basic record keeping. Relevant experience in an office or customer-facing environment, preferably in retail, printing, or manufacturing. Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work on-site full-time in Montreal, QC, in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams. Basic bilingual skills in English and French are an asset.
