Machine Operator/Technician

Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? TAG Hardware is looking for a Manufacturing Machine Operator / Technician to join our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone with manufacturing or machine operating experience who enjoys hands-on work, has strong mechanical aptitude, and is looking to continue building their technical skills. Reporting to the Manufacturing & Plant Manager, you'll operate a variety of manufacturing equipment while learning more advanced machine setup, troubleshooting, and production processes. Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2:30pm Compensation: $23.75-$26.00/hr, based on experience and qualifications What You’ll Do * Set up, operate, and monitor a variety of manufacturing equipment. * Operate cutting saws, grinders, profile wrappers, slitting equipment, aluminum and other production machinery. * Perform machine adjustments and assist with troubleshooting equipment issues. * Follow daily production schedules and standard operating procedures * Inspect, package, and move finished goods * Maintain quality standards and escalate issues as needed * Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe (5S) * Support inventory counts and material flow across production * Contribute to continuous improvement and team success What You Bring * Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred * Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools/equipment * Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality * Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs * Basic math and reading skills (work orders, labels, procedures) * A dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented attitude Why Join TAG * Competitive hourly wage of $23.75–$26.00, based on experience * Stable, full-time Monday–Friday schedule * Paid on-the-job training and skill development * Health & dental benefits (after 6 months) * Paid time off + company events * Free on-site parking and access to our employee gym * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Opportunity for internal advancement About TAG Hardware TAG Hardware designs and manufactures innovative hardware solutions used in high-end homes around the world.
