The Role: We are seeking an experienced Creative Assistant to support our Canada Content team in Toronto. A successful candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities. They will need to have a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding and fast-moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage calendars for 1-2 executives, including booking and confirming meetings and calls in multiple timezones, internally & externally Maintain and track projects and their statuses throughout the development and production process utilizing internal tools and databases Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic & international) and other related administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports, digital and physical filing, etc) Manage incoming submissions of pitch materials, scripts, etc. Take notes in meetings and circulate pertinent information to the greater team Create presentations and documents using Google Docs and Slides Assist with team projects and events as needed Heavy communication internally and externally Display professionalism in communication with internal and external partners Qualifications: 3+ years as an executive / administrative assistant or project coordinator role, preferably in the Media / Film & Television industry Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multi-task Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information Team-player who operates in a fast-paced team-oriented setting Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly Strong proficiency in G-Suite: Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs & Drives French language proficiency is a plus

The role involves managing calendars for executives, coordinating travel arrangements, and maintaining project statuses. The candidate will also assist with team projects and events as needed.
Requirements
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant, preferably in the media or film industry. Strong communication skills and proficiency in G-Suite are essential, along with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
