What You Will Contribute As a clinical expert in our network, you will play a vital role in advancing frontier AI research in healthcare. Your contributions may include: Training and evaluating AI models specifically designed for nursing and patient care. Creating clinical tasks and deliverables based on real-world medical scenarios. Providing domain-specific feedback to refine AI reasoning in healthcare settings. What We Are Looking For Professional, hands-on experience in patient care and monitoring, medication administration, and clinical documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, evidence-based feedback. Ability to work independently and effectively manage tasks in a remote environment. Project Details & Compensation Format: 100% Remote, independent contractor role. Commitment: Flexible scheduling. Typical project commitments range from 15 to 30 hours per week when matched. Compensation: Highly competitive hourly rate ranging from $60.00 to $120.00 per hour, depending on the project scope and clinical specialty. Payments are processed weekly via Stripe or Wise. Confidentiality: Your work will not involve access to confidential, patient-specific (HIPAA), or proprietary information from any current employer or hospital. Approved experts will be invited to a brief AI-guided interview and will be matched to relevant projects on a rolling basis.
