We're looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Consultant (Automation & AI) 📍 Location: Toronto, Canada (Hybrid – client office once a week) 📄 Employment: Full-time ⏳ Long-term opportunity We are looking for a Business Analyst / Senior Consultant with a strong background in Business Analysis, Automation, AI, or Consulting to help identify, shape, and prioritize automation and AI initiatives across multiple business units. This is not a development role. We're looking for someone who enjoys working with stakeholders, analyzing business processes, uncovering automation opportunities, and turning ideas into clear, actionable requirements. 🔹 What you'll do: ✔ Lead discovery workshops with business stakeholders ✔ Identify and assess Automation & AI opportunities ✔ Analyze and optimize business processes ✔ Gather and document business requirements (PDDs, opportunity assessments, etc.) ✔ Evaluate feasibility, ROI, risks, and priorities ✔ Advise business leaders on Automation & AI strategy and roadmap ✔ Work closely with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from discovery to implementation 🔹 Requirements: ✔ 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, Consulting, or Project Management ✔ Strong background in Automation, RPA, AI, Agentic AI, Low-Code, or Process Analysis ✔ Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills ✔ Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions ✔ Strong understanding of process mapping, optimization, and automation opportunities ✔ Consulting or client-facing experience ➕ Nice to have: • UiPath, Blue Prism, or other RPA platforms • Experience with Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Microsoft AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, or Databricks Agent Builder • UiPath Business Analyst Certification (UiBPA) • SQL and REST APIs knowledge • Lean Six Sigma certification If you're interested or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to reach out or send your CV.
