Maintenance Labourer Responsibilities Monitor and maintain oil and coolant levels across machinery Record readings (including refractometer checks) and track usage Manage fluid inventory and maintain organized storage areas Support general maintenance tasks and complete work orders in the system Ensure equipment and work areas are safe, clean, and compliant Other duties as assigned Maintenance Labourer Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or similar environment Comfortable using basic hand tools and measuring equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes Basic computer skills to update records and close work orders A team player with strong communication skills Employment Details Location: Guelph, ON Schedule: 2-week rotating shifts (Mornings/Afternoons/Nights) Pay: $22.50/hr with $1.00 premium for afternoon and night shifts.
