Manufacturing Operations Manager

Oversee daily manufacturing operations across foundry, machining, welding, assembly, maintenance, and shipping, including production scheduling, labour and resource allocation, and delivery commitments. Monitor production performance, resolve workflow and capacity issues, communicate with customers and sales, and develop employees while improving safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
