Scrum Master We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams in delivering high-quality products while continuously improving team performance and delivery processes. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on sprint and delivery goals. Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices. Partner with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog. Track sprint progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery metrics. Promote continuous improvement, collaboration, and effective cross-functional communication. Work with stakeholders and leadership to ensure transparency and timely delivery. Must Have 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments. Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Experience with JIRA and Confluence. Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Experience managing dependencies, risks, and impediments across cross-functional teams. Preferred CSM, PSM, SAFe, or similar Agile certification. Experience in banking, financial services, or enterprise technology environments.
