Vacancy Status This posting is for a current, full-time opening. Key Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to): Develop and execute the strategic marketing plan to support overall business goals, product launches, and market expansion Lead brand management, positioning, messaging, and corporate communications Plan and execute User Conferences to deepen engagement with existing customers, drive cross-sell opportunities, and connect new prospects to our existing customer base Direct the Digital Marketing, Event Marketing and BDR/Growth Marketing functions, ensuring alignment with company strategy, sales and pipeline strategy, and revenue targets Own marketing-sourced pipeline contribution, BDR performance, lead generation, and growth KPIs, reporting progress to executive leadership Oversee content marketing, digital / performance marketing, public relations, and event marketing Collaborate with sales, product, and analytics teams to ensure marketing aligns with product roadmaps and business objectives Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team consisting of Digital Marketing, Event Marketing, and BDR/Growth Marketing resources, establishing KPIs and monitoring performance Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform campaigns Oversee marketing budget, resource allocation, and vendor relationships Ensure consistent brand voice and marketing collateral across all channels and markets Qualifications & Experience 5+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within technology and SaaS industries Hands-on marketing leader with the ability and willingness to execute campaigns, create content, manage marketing systems, analyze performance metrics, and support business development activities as needed Knowledge of and hands-on experience with the new generation of AI based tools Experience organizing User Conferences Proven track record of building and scaling marketing and BDR functions in high-growth environments Demonstrated success in driving measurable pipeline growth and achieving revenue impact through marketing and BDR alignment Strong experience in digital marketing, demand generation, brand development, and content strategy Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strategic and analytical mindset, comfortable with data-driven decision making Experience working in global markets and coordinating multi-geography campaigns Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred) Technical testing may be required Compensation and Benefits: Total Compensation: $220,000 - $260,000 The salary range shown reflects the company's good faith full target range for this position at the time of posting. The company may update or modify this range at any time and endeavors to keep this posting current. Compensation decisions are based on factors including geographic location, experience, skills, education, and business needs. While the full range is posted for transparency, offers are typically made within the lower to middle portion of the range. Requirements
